Walid Costandi has over twenty years of experience in business ownership, M&A, and commercial real estate. In addition, Walid has a technology background and has technical and management skills in information security. His strengths are financial analysis and projection, fiscally responsible budgeting and growth planning, recruitment, and team development. In supporting business owners’ exit, Walid helps modernize organizations by adopting enterprise software and streamlining operations. In addition, he identifies the roles of the owners so those roles can be delegated to existing or new team members to allow the owners to exit.
